Stored at Helston Gunsmiths, Helston, Cornwall. Chieftain Mk10, contract KL/A/0217 (ROF Leeds built), entered service 1 April 1968. Merlin records disposal at Vehicle Depot Ludgershall February 1993 (RIV L10839, RCP 999, cast date 26 September 1993) with a subsequent undated movement to RHG/D (ROYAL HORSE GUARDS/1ST DRAGOONS — THE BLUES AND ROYALS) with no RIV or receipt date recorded, suggesting transfer outside normal disposal stream. Vehicle has been in open storage for approximately 30 years per the photographer (March 2023). Interior appears largely intact. Described as a potential restoration project. Same disposal batch as 03EB39 (cast date 26 September 1993).
